Splinters What really happened

Our prediction was that a bird had a splinter and we were totally wrong.

The real story was that a bird fell from down the sky. A person caught it and looked after it

and it had a broken leg and the boy put a wooden splint. They called the bird splinter.

The man that was painting here house wanted the bird for $5 but the boy said no so the painter offered for $10 and the boy said yes. One day the boy saw splinter and called the painter and the painter said he could have him.
